Description of what happened: I was Driving on my bike around dillimore I went through a red light, we crashed i stopped then he drove off.

I'll post my opinion :

Okey the RP could've been better but wait, he hit you while you were on a bike, and hit you while going around 30 km/h, I assume, when your on a bike, your supposed to fly off the bike, falling on the ground. He was in a car, the worse that could happened to him was hitting his tarso with the steering wheel lightly. Now he only crashed in the bike, not with any wall or something, his vehicle spun though, if he was wearing seat-belt, he didn't have to RP getting thrown out the car or anything. Driving off was totally IC, not OOC, If I were you, I would contact the highest rank IC'ly and do a complaint etc. Not complaint OOC'ly just because I was fired from LS-PD.

And plus - You didn't RP Spinning out on your bike, So don't complain about me when you didn't RP It either....
